Healthy Raw Red Velvet Fudge

This healthful uncooked crimson Velvet Fudge is perfectly sweet with a hint of chocolate, but it is sugar free, low carb, keto, raw, and vegan!  It melts in your mouth.


  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
  • 12 oz Raw Cashew Pieces
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 224g (1 cup) Organic Raw Cacao Butter (melted)
  • 84g (4 scoops) Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • 20g (¼ cup) Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
  • 1½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 246g (1 cup) Roasted Beet Puree


  1. Line an 8x8" brownie pan with parchment paper both approaches.
  2. In a sealable container, upload the cashews, almond milk and beet puree.  cowl with a lid and refrigerate in a single day.
  3. tomorrow, unload the complete cashew/milk/beet aggregate into a high-velocity blender (I used my Vitamix).  add the vanilla extract, stevia extract and salt.  combination on excessive velocity until absolutely clean.
  4. Pour in the melted cacao butter and mix once more.
  5. upload the protein powder and cocoa powder and blend one final time.
  6. Scoop the aggregate into the organized pan and spread it out.  tap the pan at the counter some instances to help take away air bubbles.  Use an offset spatula in case you need to unfold out a wonderfully flat top!  cowl the pan and refrigerate in a single day.
